## How I work
I'm a systems designer helping organisations get technology working inside and out.
- Find: where value gets stuck between people, process and technology.
- Design: the system that frees it up, whether a programme, a product, a workflow or an AI agent.
- Make it work: prototype, test, ship, then hand it over so it keeps working.

The tool changes but the job doesn't: get the right people connected and working better. Technology is the facilitator.

- Camp Companion (IBM iX): enterprise-grade mobile app and admin platform for a government client, built from day 0 to Release 4. About 10,000 users across 20 units in 3 months, rated 4.3/5. Onboarding cut from 2 months to 2 minutes.
- Feedback framework (Singapore Global Network): feedback architecture for a 290,000+ member global network, turning scattered touchpoints into a pipeline for product, programme and leadership decisions.
